Ticket Information
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different event once purchased. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost tickets or offer a ‘buy back and re-sell service’ we do not send out tickets a second time.
Unless specified otherwise, there is a minimum age of 14 years on all our entertainment nights.
When our entertainment nights are sold out, there will be no tickets available on the night.
Exact stage times of the acts are often decided a few days before the show so we do not advertise them in advance, however you can call us to find out more information during the week before. Most acts go on stage between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.
You will receive an email of confirmation regarding ticket purchases, please check your junk and spam box for this.
Seating Information
Doors open at 6.45pm and our entertainment nights can get busy, early on so we always recommend that all your party arrive at by 7pm to ensure you all sit together.
If you arrive later in the evening, whilst there is always seating provided, we cannot guarantee that there will be a seat or if you will be able to sit together.
There is no reserved seating however if you are booking a large group or have a special occasion please contact us and we will see how we can accommodate you.

Car parking and Disabled Access
We have a car park at the rear of the building for all customers of Century’s Club. if you are attending a party on a Friday night the car park will be locked and re-open on Saturday morning at 9am. If you are attending a party on a Saturday evening the car park will be locked and will re-open on Monday morning at 08:30am. Please do not block the 24/7 roller shutter door. This is for emergencies.
There is a lift available from the car park up to the club and the club is accessible for wheel chair users. There is also a Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities on site.
