about the samuel suite
The Samuel Suite is fully air conditioned with disabled access and disabled toilet facilities with a baby change.
The Samuel Suite can accomodate up to 200 people.
The Samuel Suite has its own private bar and dance floor with Ladies and Gents toilet situated in reception.
Our built in DJ booth has LED moving lights and are manned by our professional DJ’s. The DJ’s will play your favourite tunes for you, your family and friends to enjoy. You can supply a list of music for them to play. Unfortunately, we do not permit you to bring in your own Disco and therefore our prices below include Room Hire & Disco/DJ.
You are welcome to Decorate the room but nothing to be fixed to the walls or ceilings. Decorations must be cleared from the suite at the end of the night.
The suite is available from 6.00pm until 12.00am but you have the option of extending the hire until 1.00am. The bar is open from 7.00pm.
catering
We offer a selection of buffets which start from £5.75 per head with a minimum of 50 people. Alternatively, you can bring your own food into the Club and we charge a food surcharge for this.
The Club also has a private car park monitored by our own security and a smoking terrace.
Please note: Sweet Carts & Fountains are not permitted.
